alcohol sucks
i stopped drinking red wine and feel 100% better.
i am able to control my diet a little better too. i think alcohol messes with one’s self-control.
my libido is up and my estrogen feels much lower.
alcohol has a way of changing one’s thoughts and behavior on a gradual basis.
you don’t realize it till it’s really gone to sh*t and it becomes hard to pinpoint what the cause of the problems are.
it’s the alcohol. very stealthy alcohol.

unlimited reasons for trying your best always

healthier digestive system (almost there)
i have 2 major good strategies working for me right now…
1. time lag my meals. minimum of atleast 5-6 hours between meals. (gives my digestive system time to rest, heal, etc.. not over taxing it.)
2. blend my meals with highly nutritious, healthy ingredients. (less work for digestive system)
and if i cannot have a meal blended then….
3. chew food atleast 30 times before swalllowing.
i think this is it… if i can stick to it i will be healthier in a matter of days.
don’t know why it took me so long.. i guess food is like an addiction and overcoming that addiction takes a long time even if the solution is very simple.

HD 5770 flex eyeinfinity ( list of information through trial and error )
1. HD 5770 eyeinfinity will not work on XP. On XP, you can only get 2 monitors on one graphics card. you can’t get 3 monitors even for just extended desktop.
2. Windows 7 will allow you to get 2 DVIs and HDMI (3 monitors) without the use of display port.
3. For the fourth monitor, you must use an “ACTIVE” display port adapter. (ACCELL sells one for 29 bucks.) there should be an sticker on there that says eyeinfinity approved or something like this.
OR passive DP to VGA adapter (unconfirmed by me)
4. you need a power supply able to handle the card or it will burn out. i got 1000W
5. Even with 1000W you can burn out the power supply if you try to run 2 graphics cards. I RMA’d this 1000W power supply for this reason.
6. BEFORE YOU INSTALL YOUR NEW HD 5770, MAKE SURE YOU UNINSTALL THE OLD GRAPHIC CARD’S DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE. THIS CAUSED ME THE BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH AND I LOST MY WHOLE OS AND HAD TO REINSTALL WINDOWS.
honestly, it was a lot of work and stress to get this set up to work. hopefully the above information will help you in your quest for 4 monitors.
oh yea, my setup is meant only for extended desktop view. i am not looking to use the eyeinfinity function. i just want 4 monitors to trade stocks.

evolution of my dieting
so right now, i’m at the point where i realize that there are 5 major components to successful dieting for a healthy digestive system.
1. portion control
2. quality of food
3. chewing 30 times each mouthful to initiate feeling of satiation at around 20 minutes into eating.
4. timing of meals, atleast 5 hours between meals to not overload digestive system.
5. minimize stress, it triggers over-eating.
if any of the 5 are off, it’s like driving with a flat tire.
most people don’t do any of the above.
no wonder lots of people are obese and can’t even move.
these are the basics to eating healthy.
as an incentive and reminder to myself…
if any of the above are missing, my symptoms include:
nausea, low energy, irritable, weakness, one eye bigger than other, unattractive face, low libido, and estrogen aura.
when all 4 are done properly…
high energy, overall feel of healthiness and confidence, both eyes the same size, handsome face, regular libido, and testosterone aura.
i eat supplements to maximize my health, but no supplement can make up for bad eating habits.

i beat the hunger pang
ok, so i was getting hunger pangs at night that were kicking my ass pretty good.
i was trying to ignore and starve myself.
but, i realized that since i work out maybe the hunger pangs are normal signs from my body to eat.
so, i decided to just take some whey protein w/ water.
the hunger is gone and my body got nice quality protein to build muscle.
so, new rule for myself… hunger after 8pm is whey protein w/ water only.

forcing oneself into the present
i found a way to force myself into staying focused in the present.
whenever i feel off or too inside my head…
i just start counting the objects / people around me in groups of three.
all of a sudden instead of being introverted and unaware of my surroundings…
i end up being one of the most aware in the area because noone else is noticing/counting everything in the area.
i guess this is what cia and fbi agents feel like.
they are noticing everything around them all the time.
after a while it becomes fun noticing everything around me.
it’s more fun and productive counting in 3′s everything around me…
than thinking about the last negative thing that happened and staying stuck on that.
it’s like falling into a pit of negativity, bouncing right back and being strong and aware as ever, in an instant.
i think i’ll be counting in 3s for life.
maybe eventually i will get too good at counting objects / people around me in 3′s and move onto more advanced stuff.
oh yea, just to make it fun, sometimes i count the number of sounds that are going on.
it’s kinda fun doing that to songs playing on the radio.
increased awareness, it’s a good thing.
