  • how to beat hunger pangs.

when a hunger pang hits, i found it helpful to just do a chore.

sometimes the hunger pang is just boredom or emotional stress.

by doing a chore... you get a job done, alleviating the boredom, and also relieve the emotional stress by enjoying the positive feeling of accomplishing something.

so a -1 event instead turns into a +2 event.

  • posture = power

i was trying affirmations to create a strength i thought i lacked. but, i realize now that some of them were unnecessary. i was lacking a very basic but necessary human component to living courageously.  good posture. just correcting posture creates enough energy to create the courage necessary to withstand stressful situations. it's hard to explain. but, correct posture allows the natural flow of energy throughout the body. it's not easy maintaining correct posture, but once you get a hang out it... you feel at least amongst the top 10% most courageous people in any given area of people. it's almost like an alpha energy. people will try to beat that alpha out of you, but if you can maintain the posture, there is nothing they can do about it.

  • alcohol sucks

i stopped drinking red wine and feel 100% better.

i am able to control my diet a little better too. i think alcohol messes with one's self-control.

my libido is up and my estrogen feels much lower.

alcohol has a way of changing one's thoughts and behavior on a gradual basis.

you don't realize it till it's really gone to sh*t and it becomes hard to pinpoint what the cause of the problems are.

it's the alcohol. very stealthy alcohol.
