Now you can safely store your notes and information online with Google Notebooks. The interface is trimmed to work with any mobile phone - including iPhone. But I could not find a way to 'Search' the notes. which makes it less useful. Still if you want to give it a whirl - go to:

trick the brain your stomach is full
i eat really fast. for some reason i enjoy eating fast.
my brain will not receive the message that my stomach is full until it's too late.
so i just thought of a good strategy.
i will just wait 30 seconds between each refill.
and, keep the portion of refill really small.
so all of a sudden a 1 cup meal of food will last a lot longer.
a meal that usually lasts only 5 minutes will becomes 10-15 mins.
my brain will get the signal of satiation as it really should.
and, i will have eaten the same amount of food.

renewed energy from affirmations
for some reason, i was under the impression that my affirmations would work better for me if they flashed on my screen in fraction of a second intervals to get those messages in my brain subliminally. i had it set to super fast speeds for maybe over a year. i don't think it's true anymore. today, i slowed them down to normal speed so i can watch them on my screen 5 seconds at a time. i had so much energy today and so much motivation. maybe i was feeling down for a while because i was missing my affirmations. now, i can read the affirmation and sort of think about it a little before it disappears. this comtemplation of the affirmation is essential to it's effectiveness because it leaves an impression in the conscious mind then, if lucky it can effect me subconsciously. i can sorta control what i want to enter into the subconscious. if you just let it the affirmations go straight to your subconscious you have less control of what you will become in the end. anyways, i know i felt a drastic change in my energy level and motivation today like i used to feel when i used affirmation before switching it to subliminal speed. today was a good day.
