mental confidence
lately my affirmation of choice is "i will eventually figure it out"
when i don't understand something or if i'm not good at something and i just leave it at that, my confidence is left lowered.
but when i use this affirmation it seems to minimize the damage and actually lifts my confidence in my ability to grow.
the hope and confidence that comes along with it creates an expansive momentum which feels really healthy.
whatever walls or limitations i had mentally can be broken down pretty easily now with this.
instead of a dead stop, now there is potential, life and hope.

congrats :] that's a great way to think
that is indeed a great way to think. Too often we just give up.
@tiptoplove - @godfatherofgreenbay - thanks! it really works, i'm still using it.
sounds good. mine is "stop being a pussy." ...but i save it for things like hurling myself out of a perfectly good plane. hmm...more of a mantra i suppose?
@LadyLuck7 - that's a good one too.. there's a good affirmation/mantra for every situation. for some reason, i have no problems with dare devil stunts, but have a hard time defending myself when i'm being attacked by another person. but, i'm gonna figure it out pretty sonn.
@mooks_dayoo - haha sounds like we're opposites. i have no problem being a loud mouth and telling people exactly what i think of them, especially when attacked.
@LadyLuck7 - when i get attacked i usually get quiet and bottle it up... adding wit to my arsenal wouldn't be a bad idea for self defense.
@mooks_dayoo - i'm all about wit. bar fight over heeeerrreeeee!!!!
@LadyLuck7 - funny u mention bar fight, i just saw snookie get punched in the mouth by a guy on tv. lol
@mooks_dayoo - oh yeah, i saw that too. total win.
