canker sores
i think a majority of canker sores are created from a little damage to the skin in the mouth. this comes from biting the skin by yourself or eating abrasive foods such as potato chips, tortillas, toast, anything rough enough to create a little cut in the mouth. i realized this after the day i ate 2 bags of doritos and sun chips. i think the main problem is it taste so damn good that you eat it really fast and munch on it without thinking about the repercussions. so i decided to see if i can avoid abrasive foods from now on. if i do eat them, to break them down small enough before eating it. hope this helps someone out there someday.

I get a canker sore if I don’t drink enough water or eat abrasive foods (or a combination of both). My husband gets a canker sore when he doesn’t get enough rest.
@shoujo - i read taking vitamin b complex is good for preventing canker sores that come from stress or not getting enough rest.
hey… thanks for the tip! I’ll look into that.
