i think i picked up a new life skill today. i realized that if you have encountered a specific problem once and have resolved it in the past, then, there’s no reason to stress over it. just sorta float through the motions to solve the problem without being mentally attached to it. it probably reduced my stress at work by 25% today.

i try not to get stressed over anything. when i can’t figure out something, i tend to walk away from it, then comeback and try to figure it out later.
@Paul_Partisan - that’s a good technique too, will keep that in mind.
good for u
I think stressing over a problem should only happen when the situation has never been encountered before. But as Paul said, that’s also a good time to walk away and come back later. Thinking too much about it causes too much stress, which blocks your ability to think logically.
I wish more people had that skill
@godfatherofgreenbay - it’s like your past stresses are wasted if you don’t take advantage of the knowledge that came out of it. and, if it can be solved with the same knowledge, then.. it should just be a sequence of easy steps.
