  • better digestion tip part 15

if you pack your mouth full of food per reload... 1. harder to bite all the food in your mouth. 2. the saliva doesn't get painted on all the food in your mouth for breakdown 3. the food on your plate ends up gulped down way too quickly not giving enough time for stomach to send signal to brain that it is full. 4. forcing large amounts of food down at once, can't be a good thing.

so, if i finish a cup of food in 5 reloads usually... then i double that to 10. smaller serving size per reload to the mouth is a good way to increase the quality of digestion and prevents over-eating.

hmm.. the above doesn't quite sound right. maybe if i change the wording..... maybe the right way to say it is....

don't eat a mouthful of food at a time. load your mouth about 25% capacity.
