  • new diet

    no pork, beef, cheese, chicken a maybe.
    nothing that takes digestion more than an hour.
    yes, to eggs, fish, vegetables and fruit.
    eat at 9am, 12, 3pm, 6pm. 1-1.5 cups of food. (4 times daily)
    after 6pm only fruits.
    after 9pm, only drink water.

    my body should be much leaner and lose maybe 3-4 pounds just by changing the diet and nothing else.

    currently 147 pound, down from 148.8 since i started above diet.

    it's not that i'm fat, my bmi is normal. i want leaner and more energy.

    ABSOLUTE NO LIST
    Pork - 41/2 to 5 hours digestion time
    whole milk hard cheese - 4 to 5 hours digestion time
    Beef, lamb - 3 to 4 hours digestion time
    Turkey - 2 to 2 1/4 hours digestion time (without skin)
    Nuts - Almonds, filberts, peanuts (raw), cashews, brazil, walnuts, pecans etc. - 2 1/2 to 3 hours to digest.
    Seeds - Sunflower, pumpkin, pepita, sesame - Digestive time approx. 2 hours.
    whole milk cottage cheese - 2 hours digestion

    i just notice that on days after i overeat... i am irritable, my brain is sluggish and my face doesn't look healthy.
    so, i'm thinking the best way to fix this is to change my diet. with special attention on deleting foods that make my stomach work hardest.

    oh yea, no more sodas, and products full of sugar that can damage my teeth.
