t.i. pushups
i’ve been doing t.i. pushups and it has changed the way my back looks. they really work.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uVMYFfBo3g8basically, you get dumbbells on the floor, and do push-ups on them. when your arms are in the extended position you pull up one of the dumbbells up which works out your triceps and back.

aw cool, thanks for the new workout idea. How many do you usually do?
@YOUNGAZNTIGER - i usually do 5-10 of them depending on how much energy i have.
LOL not a bad way to switch up your workout. I don’t think I’ll be trying these, though.

@mooks_dayoo - because of he beginning where he’s just talking to himself while doing two types of push ups… i was just joking.
@LadyLuck7 - oh, i forgot about that part.. i was too focused on how he was executing the pushup.. lol
