• i think i made progress today on the tone of voice problem. see, if i talk too softly it sounds effeminate. but, if i talk too loudly it becomes overly aggressive. the key was.... LOUD but PLEASANT. people don't mind a little volume if is sounds slightly pleasant. i think it's gonna work in the long term. just gotta keep practicing.
