  • my bally’s membership ran out on the 21st and i’ve been working out in my room since.. you know what… daily callisthenics is probably sufficient to build a decent physique. add a light dumbell and i figured out you can work most body parts. and, you don’t have to worry about all the people around you. all the focus is on the exercise itself. i have a 24 hours fitness pass but the closest one is in pasadena. too far. i will have to wait till they finish building the one on atlantic blvd. anyways, just wanted to say you can accomplish much via callisthenics and a simple dumbell… i think i might want to buy one of those aerobic rubber bands too.. the huge ones you stretch to work out.

  • I created a portion of something like that to lose weight before. 5lbs days, but people look at you like you lost 10 lbs. So I know it works! Just waiting to get situated in my new space before I work on that video. I will let you know how it goes!!

  • @BreannaBerry - i’m on the lower end of what’s acceptable for my weight on the BMI scale.. so i just need to maintain, always looking for ways change the routine up.

  • good job on your workouts! looks like youre not one of those people that just goes to the gym to check out girls while working out although i dont htink theres anything too wrong about it. :)

  • mooks, not that true.. i use to have 200 lbs of weighs at my home, while it was ok, I didn’t get the size i want fast enough until i got gym memberships here ni CN
    not bulky size, but just having a 50 lb weight on hand, is much easiert then putting 5 10′s together.

    with just rubber bands and calentistics, it can work…. like prison workout, but its like so repetitive

  • @mtking - it’s doable, but really repetitive like you say… it’s gets boring after a while. i can’t wait for my gym to be built.. should be in a couple of months. true about the size too, my body is looking really lean, but not enough mass with the 10 pound weights. lol
