my bally's membership ran out on the 21st and i've been working out in my room since.. you know what... daily callisthenics is probably sufficient to build a decent physique. add a light dumbell and i figured out you can work most body parts. and, you don't have to worry about all the people around you. all the focus is on the exercise itself. i have a 24 hours fitness pass but the closest one is in pasadena. too far. i will have to wait till they finish building the one on atlantic blvd. anyways, just wanted to say you can accomplish much via callisthenics and a simple dumbell... i think i might want to buy one of those aerobic rubber bands too.. the huge ones you stretch to work out.

abandoning my loyalty to that which is most natural... i'm gonna tweak my bio-chemistry with some stimulative legal supplements. if people are out there functioning at double, triple power with the help of caffeine.. i think it's fair for me to find some back up power too. interested in ginseng, acetyl-l-carnitine, coenzyme q10, piracetam, choline, gingko biloba, dhea, l-tyrosine, dl-phenylalanine, b complex. wish me luck. adding alcohol back in tiny amount too.. it is undeniably beneficial as a mood enhancer and for a healthy heart.

Nissan LEAF gets 367mpg.
“Nissan Leaf = 367 mpg, no tailpipe, and no gas required. Oh yeah, and it’ll be affordable too,” the folks over at Nissan’s electric vehicle Twitter feed wrote today. About an hour later, they added this statement: “To clarify our previous tweet, the DOE formula estimates 367mpg for Nissan LEAF.”

bwahahaha a black lady pulled over on the side of the freeway. she opened her door. pulled up her dress, squatted down and took a leak. hahahahaha she must have been on emergency mode for such a long time that she couldn't take it anymore. i don't know about that decision tho. wouldn't most people rather piss in their pants then let the world see them squat leaking in the middle of the freeway?
ps: she was wearing a g-string.

i think i hit the jackpot! not in terms of money, but something i found that boosts my self-esteem. remember i used to try to figure out how to deepen my voice cuz it sounds kinda gay.. well i found this e-book online, but since i'm too poor to buy it for $71.00 i just googled around to see what it's about without buying it. there was a message board where one guy basically typed out the technique from the book for everyone. i tried the technique and it's supposed to work after 5 days. i have been doing it for 2 days and today at work, i can definitely tell i have more voice depth control.
now, in restropect, i think i hated talking because i didn't feel confident with my voice, when your voice is weak people disrespect you by default. when your voice is deep and strong, you naturally get respect without doing anything. how much easier it is to feel better about yourself and get the things you want if you have a commanding voice. fuck yea. i think i will have a strong deep voice soon. i think girls especially respect men with deeper voices so this will be helpful in that department soon. now, instead of getting pused around, voice-wise. i'm more in control. i can tell the weaker males are intimidated by the voice. this is what i wanted. that used to be me.
and since my voice was never really under control, it would go high and low and out of control. i never knew which exactly was my real voice. but now that i can control my voice better. i will be able to find home base and just stay there.
also, i'm not straining or forcing my voice to come out, so it is a bit more level and comforting to listen to.
now, each time i speak with someone i can speak with confidence, and with each win, i will build even more confidence. maybe eventually i will actually enjoy talking with people.

got some organic peppermint tea @ whole foods bc
vitamin shoppe didn't carry it, nor did ?arget.
supposedly good for digestion, tastes like wrigley's spearmint gum.
i'm doing whatever i can to improve my digestive system.
but, i have a feeling no matter how well you treat the digestive system with herbs
nothing does better for it than calorie restriction & biting food thoroughly before swallowing. -
maybe a cashier at best buy is easier than cashiering at ?arget. the number of items is much less. who buys 100 items of electronics. it's the high item count customers that really wear your soul down. 1-2 items is a breeze. when you have to keep your focus up for a few minutes scanning, it gets tiring.
