i am coming to the conclusion that most of my opinions are worthless. they get in the way of my life more than help it. so, from now on, i am placing much less value on my thoughts and opinions.
@kachino - when i overvalue my opinions i try to push my thoughts through into reality with great momentum... then, the world comes to oppose it. it takes a lot of energy to overcome those forces. so, if i undervalue my opinions and not create any energy that will offend others, my life will become much easier.
That's cool, definitely makes for less drama. But what about passion? That's a form of opinion. Passion for life, passion for a person, passion for money, passion to make the most of each and every day. To have emotions is to have opinions. If no opinion, then you'll be like Data from Star Trek. Everything comes down to numbers and probability (even vulcans have emotions, they just contain them really really well). Dr J
How about changing it to, you can have opinions, but selective of who you tell about them.

Just be selective.
