the world looked slightly 3-D today, briefly. i think when a person functions with very little fear, their visual awareness increases and are able to see things in more depth. when you are scared you sorta implode your sphere of awareness and shrivel down your mental functions. usually when driving down the road everything looks very one dimensional but for some reason today i could see the depths into the sky and the objects and people beneath it, in depth and in motion. it was pretty cool.. it only lasted about 5 seconds tho. i thought maybe that's how genius see the world all the time, that's why they are able speak and write with so much movement and flexibility. i don't know exactly what triggered this moment of mine, but i'd like to work on re-experiencing it or even maintaining that state of mind as long as possible. i think it is just absolute calmness with zero fear that allows one to relax into that state of awareness. if you are afraid, you can't see half the things going on around you because your attention is drawn inward. but when you are confident and brave, your attention is outward and functioning at max.
