my triceps hurt. last work out, 2 strangers come up to me and start teaching me how do them. very odd session. but, very educational. one chinese dude told me the tricep has 3 heads. and to work all of them you have to 1. pull down, 2. pull upwards 3. middle range. i had never known. so the chinese guy taught me the knowledge... then this mexican guy comes to me and starts showing me the actual exercises to do them. he showed me all 3 types. i think i had never really done the pulling upwards method. that's why my tricep is hurting. i think my triceps are gonna look really different in a few weeks. i think it worked the triceps closest to the armpits.

Hey Mooks, been a looooong time since I've visited your blog. Looks like things have changed. Lotsa short little entries, and about once a week u have a profound entry. @ThurzNite - you were right about the xanga mainstream crowd, it's like an attention getting contest over there. fun at first, but gets dull after a while. i deleted all those people and trying to just do my own blog again.hey thanks for stopping by..
I'm gonna sub you again... I'm on a purge right now, just x'd about 10 people. I can't stand this ManChallenge thing anymore. I don't think I was meant for celeb status.
