my triceps hurt. last work out, 2 strangers come up to me and start teaching me how do them. very odd session. but, very educational. one chinese dude told me the tricep has 3 heads. and to work all of them you have to 1. pull down, 2. pull upwards 3. middle range. i had never known. so the chinese guy taught me the knowledge... then this mexican guy comes to me and starts showing me the actual exercises to do them. he showed me all 3 types. i think i had never really done the pulling upwards method. that's why my tricep is hurting. i think my triceps are gonna look really different in a few weeks. i think it worked the triceps closest to the armpits.
