the emotional reactions from others has improved.
more smiley faces and positive vibes overall.
it must be my new affirmation.
"noone is attacking me."
it really leaves me in a much better state of mind.
even the top manager gave me a smile.
usually we just exchange mean nods.
this is really a good sign.
it's really progress.

today's affirmations.
1. "noone is attacking me."
2. "i am soooo thankful for blank."
3. secret affirmation for only myself to know.ps: on being thankful.
i'm never satisfied.
i always want more.
so even if i get everything i want...
i will still feel unsatisfied
because i will always want more.but, what if there is a way to maximize the satisfaction of what i have now.
i think there is a way.the way is to be thankful for...
what i have now.
what is being given to me now.instead of rejecting all the gifts that are being thrown at me in life.
i will start to be thankful for them and accept them.maybe my life is not going well because i never learned to accept.
i always reject everything because it never seems good enough.but look at my life now..
i rejected everything so much
that i basically have nothing.i will accept everything that life is generously offering me.
i'm gonna be less greedy.
and more thankful.- 12:30 pm

wtf
i started running around my block a few minutes ago.
one lady came out of her house with only her tight underwear and bra on.
she started to mess with her hose.
then she started bending over and squatting down.
it sorta turned me on.
i never saw anyone in my neighborhood dressed like that before.
it's a really lower-middle neighborhood and highly conservative.
i wonder if she timed it on purpose so i can see her.
if that was her intention, it worked.
she went straight back into her house.
when i passed by.
hmm. -
that pet game
i was playing that pet game at facebook for about 1 hour.
it is addicting.
something really sadistically enjoyable about being able to buy and sell people.
i think i played it too much tho.
when i was at bally's i would see a girl that is cute and think...
"yea, i would buy her as a pet."
lol
another highlight of my bally's workout.
i did 35 pullups.
i can pull up more than my age. hellzyea.ps: thankfulness works.

how to make your eyes sparkle.
i'm adding something new to the list of things that make a person's eyes sparkle.
2 things that i've found that works already...1. drinking alchol
2. runningthe new one is...
3. drinking vegetable & fruit juices.
and, one more thing i think that might do it...
4. being in love with someone.
from what i can guess, the thing that these 4 things have in common
is heart health. -
timing my meals.
i learned from the article below that it takes about 4 hours for your body to prepare the food into usable energy. this is about the same time it takes for vitamin c to kick in too. this means if i eat breakfast at 8am, the energy will be ready at noon. i didn't know it took so long. so eating 1 hour before work out maybe a little too late. and also, eating a large late dinner basically is a waste. all the energy is ready when you are sleeping. lol big breakfasts, big lunches, small dinners.
"So, here are a few rules of thumb to follow: If your workout is four
hours away, eat a regular meal that combines protein, fat and
carbohydrates, then have a small carbohydrate-rich snack closer to your
exercise session to tide you over. Three hours before working out, make
it a smaller meal and lighten up a bit on the protein and fat. Thirty
to 90 minutes before exercise, have a snack of easily digested
carbohydrates (see below). If you only have the 15 minutes between,
say, leaving your office and hitting the gym to grab something, go for
a sports drink or a few Saltines. Also keep in mind that while eating
high-fiber foods is important for good health, they're best eaten after
or long before exercise, since they can cause bloating and other
annoyances that will make you feel uncomfortable when working out."http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0KGB/is_1_5/ai_n6097710

?arget lessons
1. manual labor sucks. i will not go into any job that i know will require physical labor. i'm not made for it. i like working out, running, walking for leisure, but i can't do it day in day out as a job. but, i do have a new respect for people who do manual labor, they got a lot of heart.
2. i don't work well with people of authority. i mean, on the surface i can keep everything cordial and smooth, but inside i'm seething knowing they think they are higher than me. i need a job that has very little contact with managers. something i can do independantly.
3. i back down from challenges from alpha's who have a position higher than me. i get this feeling that if i retaliate, then they will write me up or cause problems for me, using their power position.
i should call them on it tho, when the alpha-ness is out of line.
4. 6 hour work days are ideal. 8 is too long.
5. i can work on weekends w/ no problems. this can be used as leverage.
6. my social abilities can be improved and will continue to do so.
7. i can't work in environment where it is very cold, like freezer, cooler.- 11:32 am

fruits & vegetables
i'm taking preemptive measures to make sure i don't get sick again.
1. ofc always 6G vitamin c, per day.
2. don't have drinking contests with dae anymore.
3. limit food intake.
4. add vegetables & fruits to diet.i just got back from costco.
there, i bought some naked green machine & berry blast.green machine has.. apples, bananas, kiwi fruit, mangoes, pineapple, spirulina, chlorella, broccoli, spinach, blue green algae, garlic, barley grass, wheat grass, ginger and parsley.
doesn't this mix rock? basically has everything popularly healthy in it. and it tastes ok too.
berry blast: blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, apples, bananas, vitamin a c e.
just awesome.
i got the idea of adding vegetables & fruits to my diet today when an old man started talking to me about his life. he kept going about how he had 3 jobs at once from 18-36. that he saved that work money and bought himself realestate. 33 properties. he retired at 50 a millionaire. anyways, he was saying the reason why he was able to juggle so many jobs was because he juiced fruits & vegetables every morning, consumed it, before going to work. it gave him lots of energy.
i had been lacking a proper diet, so i'm glad the old dude talked to me for sooooo long about it. lol it was really educational. i'm not gonna juice my own, but i'll buy "naked" from now on.
costco has it cheap... like $5.99 for half gallon. i first went to ralphs, but it was $9.99. so expensive there. costco really is a good deal.
i learned some new ways of thinking today. i'll share them later.

chris brown's - forever.
hey, listen to chris brown's song, forever.
this song is so sexual.
just replace the dance floor with bed.
and, you'll understand.
replace dancing with sex.
and, you'll understand.
whoever made this song is a genius.
you think it's an innocent song just by the lyrics.
but, when you listen to the moaning sounds the girl and guy makes.
it's undeniably a sex song.
