good posture.
i think i cracked the code for good posture.
when i kept trying to keep good posture by pushing my chest out
it really created unnecessary backlash from alpha males.
it gets tiring after a while, competing who is stronger.i found the key.
good posture should start with the chin.
keeping the chin up.
when it starts from the chin, everything gets alligned, but the focus isn't on the chest.
the focus is on the chin & the rest of the body naturally follows.hellzyay.
keeping the chin up while sitting also is good for posture too.

i dont know how i ended up subscribing to your blog but i def agree to your posts. when people tend to push their chest out, that shit makes them look stupid and awkward. but when you put your chin up, it just seems all natural. That's why i put at least five books under my laptop so i don't have to put my chin down for the computer. haha sike nah
@sanQ - i use 6 books! haha.
when i put my chest out, it feels like i'm starting a competition with strangers. it gets out of hand especially if the other guy is crazy and has something to prove. chin up from now on.
Damn muky...enough of this "health, posture, rippage, etc...stuff" As a unknowingly subscriber, i demand better reads! I want to hear stories like midnite shifts in the warehouse or ur female counterpart experiences...stuff that will make me say..."thats my boy!" And dont say you dont have any!! Cuz you know what i'll say in return..."go and make those happen then!"
When are u gonna chow down with me at my pad? Set a date...
