costco protein run
loaded up on protein
protein bars, whey protein powder, soy milk.

150+ poundage here i come!!!will load up on protein before and after work outs.
goal: 6% body fat, 150 pounds, pure rippage. (add 10 pounds of muscle)
currently: 6% body fat, 141 pounds, pure rippage.objectives:
1. fit, healthy body in top 1% of my age range
2. pleasing to the eye, for self confidence & attracting hot, feminine women.
3. be able to pull-off bboy power moves.
4. eventually get back into polevaulting.
5. just because it feels good.
6. healthy body, healthy mind.
