    he's helping me a lot through his book.

    he focuses on the simplest ideas that make the most sense.

    he's got the basics down.

    like...

    "when you believe the best in people,
       you help bring the best out of them."

    or

    "complimenting each other is the glue that holds relationships together."

    this guy is gonna be a really good influence on me.
