vietnamese take-out
i'm gonna cut my in-and-out visits by half and replace it with vietnamese fast food.
bale on atlantic & valley sells large to-go dishes for $3.50-$4.00.
the portions are so large i can split it up into 3 meals.
breakfast, lunch, dinner, a whole day's worth of eating for $4.00.
if i went to in-and-out and got my burger & fries, it would cost me $3.00 for one sitting.
vietnamese dishes have volumes of vegetables & rice included so it covers many food groups as well.
plus, this place is so close to my house, saves much gas too.

Large volume, but doesn't keep u full very long. Ever seen a fat Vietnamese? Not very many.

@ThurzNite - yea, that's the goal. i want to remain low weight.
the dishes has pork, chicken, beef in it, so it should do it for me.
