working out
thanks to one of my favorite xanga posters, mtking.
i’ve decided to work out 7 days a week.
this is kinda cool because the workout can focus on one body part per day.
chest > arm > tricep > back > shoulders > legs > random
it’s much more relaxing than forcing 2 body parts per work out.
also, going 7 days a week to the gym forces me get used to being around people.
come to think of it.. i really think i’ve come a long way.
2004′ish, i was… 1. agoraphobic 2. had panic-attacks 3. fat-ass 185 pounds, 4. broke 5. no woman.
fast forward to 2008, now.. 1. working a normal job (outside of the house) 2. around people constantly 3. working out 7 days a week at the gym, 150 pounds decently ripped 4. broke & 5. no woman.
3 out of 5, improvement, is not so bad.
man, these improvement should have been tackled down a decade ago.
but i guess later is better than never.
maybe the affirmations i started in 2005 are really working.
takes a while and the lessons & improvements come in very weird, unexpected ways.
persistence & desire seems to be the key.
and, a little trust in god.
and, a little basic respect & love for people in general.

wow super gutsy going 7 days a week to the gym! i just joined the gym : went twice and i’m experiencing that good hurt now. it’s gonna get interesting
Dang mooks, all this time u never subscribed me?! LOL. Hey, that’s awesome workout! It’s not something I would do though. I’d do full body, but concentrating on certain areas. I believe that you should do hardcore 1 body part after you get where you want to be. The focus days are used to exaggerate, or bring up to balance out your muscles. With that kinda workout, I’ve seen an increase of 1″ biceps after 1 workout… great stuff. Keep it up dood!

@cindee_rella - I haven’t been workout out very much since the LA marathon in March. I’m going to start up again, and make it part of my daily routine. I’ve been challenged by Vitamin_D to see who’s got better abs by summertime. Want to join the challenge? Mooks, you’re invited too!
@cindee_rella - congrats on your first 2 days, don’t stop!
@ThurzNite - how does “full body” work? can it be done on a 7 day schedule? 1 inch growth in biceps? i want that!
@mooks_dayoo - my fiance won’t let me stop ugh. hahahaha
@ThurzNite - i’m definitely going to have crazy ripped abs ^.~ duno about by summer but i’ll sure as hell try

Check out this book (at the library, of either of u can borrow mine). It’s got great workouts that are full body, and gives you the science behind the training. I put some people on the routine and the results are amazing if you stick to them.
@ThurzNite - thanks man, i’ll look into it.
@ThurzNite - yeaa thanks! i’m just trying to keep going to the gym regularly i figure that’s gonna be a good enough start for now hahaha
no trouble dear. the little lightbulb threw me off at first too.
and really, who isn’t broke? since I have no money either, perhaps you’d enjoy a cookie? ^_^
@Carolina17 - thanks for the cookie! i’ll eat it after my work out tomorrow!
woah awesome. Great progress dood.
@mtking - thanks man
