I can't wait till 7:15pm.
I'm gonna run hard. Hardest I've run in years.
I realized today that the cardio yesterday had a huge effect on my mental state.
I was more relaxed and it seems I was much more in touch with my entire body.
Although I've been weight training for a couple of years now, the cardio was missing.
I'm gonna try to run/walk (ralk) for 1 hour each day. (before sunset)
That's on top of the 30 mins I'll be going to the gym 7 days a week as well.
This is all after 8 hours of work.
Where am I getting all this energy? I am amazing myself.

Cardio and stamina, both great things. Try doing intervals! I trained for the marathon with intervals, instead of long runs. Worked great!
