  • A liberated feeling.

When I had hella cash before, I felt guilty using the money. I didn’t maximize the money’s potential.  But this time around, I’ve read so many different types of books on money management and proper spending, it’s feels drastically different.

It’s an incredible feeling to be able to spend money, guilt-free, when
you have a budget and allow yourself a specific amount for absolutely
anything. I decided to give myself a weekly allowance. Cash I can use for anything. :)

80% to savings, 11% for splurging, 9% for necessities. This is how I decided to manage my monthly income.

When my savings hits a satisfactory level, I’m gonna take out some and start daytrading again. I am thinking this is gonna happen this winter or early spring, next year.

My nutritional habits are really improving too. I realized how much I haven’t been watching what I put into my body. It makes a huge difference. Today, after work, I bought some non-fat organic milk at trader joe’s on national. Lately I’ve been eating lots of papaya, mangos and pineapple because it is supposedly good for the sinus.

Life is basically really good right now. My relationship w/ my friends are good and I am getting along w/ my family too. One thing missing probably is a girlfriend, but I’m still working on myself for the time being. there is no way I can make a girl happy or protect her unless I can make myself happy and protect myself first.
