Cool program. Lotsa free antivirus programs out there. I use free.grisoft.com, a top-rated program (best free program supposedly). I also like the corporate ver of McAfee, but it does use some system resources and mildly slows the computer. Yes, 20 pullups on a bar in my yard. Just do your 3 every day, then every week add 1 more. That's what I did.

there's a short story that murakami wrote called "the elephant vanishes". actually, that's the name of his short story collection book, but in there, there really is a story titled exactly that. it's about an elephant that one day, vanished, and no one could figure out how. and there's a thought in there that maybe it had been shrinking ever so slightly every day that you didn't notice it, and then, it had shrunken so much that it was able to walk right out of the cage. to me, it represented someone i had taken for granted. and for a while, i was mad crazy in collecting elephants...
and donkatsu and tonkatsu are the same thing. i think there's no korean recipe...it's japanese from the start...??? but really, fusion food is the best, so who cares.

Yeah, working out is fun! Good to hear you're being regular about it. I think paying for gym membership's a good motivator. For machines, do the overhead press and lateral raises. For freeweights, do forward and lateral raises. You can also lay on your stomach and do the raises to horizontal too. For the internal/external rotators, lay on your side on a bench (like fetal position). The bottom arm can do internal rotation, then switch weights to the top arm and do external rotation. Then lay on your other side and do it again.
