  • My Bagel Sandwiches.

my bagel sandwiches are the fattest, tallest, juiciest..monumental. sometimes i wonder how i manage to finish them. they got everything you can imagine in them. ingredients are gathered from the fridge. whatever i can find i stick them in. my parents own a grocery store so there is always leftover meats and vegetables. today's bagel had... sunny side-up egg w/ mushrooms, cha-siu pork, shabu-shabu meat cooked salt-n-pepper, cucumbers, onions, lettuce, tomatoes & a little ketchup. each ingredient is packed in there generously. this thing was the tallest thing i ever saw..tokyo tower, world trade center, yao ming, you take your pick. washed it down, with a nice, cold glass of Sparkletts water. i am so full now, it was a delightful experience. i should eat at home more often and save money. mcdonalds has nothing on my bagel sandwiches. sorry no picture.

  • Responsibility.

    -Responsibility-
Today I realized the importance of taking responsibility for my own actions, words, thoughts and energy. It's really easy to blame others, circumstances, superstition or my emotional or physical condition and shift responsibility. All my actions, words, thoughts and energy have some level of effect on others. If I release from within any type of energy that adversely effect the people around me, it is because I chose to do so, at will. I can't blame anything or anyone. Thinking this way will hold me always accountable.

    -Today-
=Work at West LA. for lunch break...
=Went to Costco at Marina del Rey and bought some deodorant. lol. Dude, that place has the cheapest prices. 4 bars for around 7 bucks. That's about $1.75 each. If you don't have a Costco membership I recommend you check it out!
=Then I bought hamburgers and fries right next door of Costco at In-and-out.
=Intended to eat it at the beach at Marina del Rey, but ended up driving all the way to Manhattan Beach. That city is beautiful. I have a feeling lots of rich people live there. The homes next to the beach are impeccably beautiful. Watched surfers while eating my lunch. I noticed they were beginners just like me, they had a hard time selecting and catching waves. The parking meters there have an option to insert coins via cashkey. I thought that was cool. You can buy a cashkey and credit it with money via a website. Nice! I wish LA had this, it's a hassle to always be loading up on quarters.

    -Other-
-I  love my puppy so much. It follows me around wherever I walk around the house. When I am lying down on my bed, it enters the room and tries to get my attention so that we can play. She doesn't bark much and likes to lick my face. When I'm on the floor lying down, she likes to hop on my head and for some reason tries to bite my hair. lol It's the best dog ever.
-Stock markets are kicking my ass. Been in a bad mood lately. I really need to improve my financial situation.
