  • daytrading

i'm getting royally rocked in the stock market. they say the summer market is the hardest to trade because of the low volume. i learned the hard way that this is indeed true. lol i think i'm gonna papertrade until September or October. papertrading is trading w/ imaginary shares -- practice w/o putting real money on the line. if anyone tells you it's easy making money in the stock market, don't believe them. these traders deserve every cent they earn - it's one of the most difficult ways to earn a living, on a consistent basis.

  • It's easy to make money, easy to lose. Just like real life situations, the bigger risk you take, the bigger the payoff... but factor in the bigger potential loss. I kno a guy, all his investment's in stock. He has so much invested that he lives off that income. Even when stocks are down, he's still got enuf for daily living. I'd say that's pretty easy.

  • Dang! I don't know how you do it either. All that investment stuff gives me a headache. Golf is cool. I like going by myself and hitting balls. It's a stress reliever. LOL!

  • i'd like to play with imaginary money...lots and lots of it.

  • well i guess it would depend on your definition of inherent wouldn't it? because i think all emotions are built in, so is self.love. and patriotism is just an extension of self love....

i totally agree about stock traders. they have a really hard and nervous life and deserve the money they earn. well now that september is coming, i guess things would be looking up (all the back to school sales?)
