hardcore diet technique
i was just watching the kardashians on e! and this one dude just sprayed windex over kim kardashians cupcakes. lol
he said that all of them would binge on it if they didn’t. this way even if they threw it away, they can’t go back and pick the food out of the trash.
and, the food is ruined forever. hahaha
i’m gonna try this next time.

I watched that last night and my “fatty” remark was WTH! That’s a waste of a perfectly good cupcake that probably cost a lot of money! (to us you know… po’ folks”)
