Google Sidebar, SideSalad.
Dude, you need to install the google sidebar. It really rocks. http://desktop.google.com/
I have weather, time, gmail watcher, scratch pad, to do list, calendar, photo, notebook and google calendar installed. It’s so nice. You’ll like it. No wasted time pulling up diff. sites & software.. everything in one place, easily accessible. It’s the best.Today I went to the Santa Monica Public Library once again and borrowed 3 books on healthy eating. One of the books said that eating numerous small meals a day, like 5 of them, is better than 3 large meals. This is great news for me because 3 meals at 2-3bowls wasn’t enough. My 2 bowl strategy was plenty when I wasn’t working out. But now that I am gaining muscle, I need to EAT! So, I’m upgrading my 2-2-2 bowl strategy to 2-2-2-2. Yesss… 2 bowls of food, 4 times a day. 2×4! Heaven. I will also allow myself 2 snacks of fruits, grain, yogurt as well. Heaven. Life is good.

oh, i lost 1.5lbs! dang it! and this was after a super bowl BBQ that i ate at least 5lbs of meat!!! whats going on???? but i still press HARD! incline bench 90LBs bells each side. wurd
